All Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days and typically take 4-5 business days to arrive.

USPS DELAYS:
Occasionally USPS can have delays in delivery. We are NOT responsible for any delays on USPS part. If your tracking number states your package was delivered and you do not have the package, contact your local USPS for help! They are great about assisting you in locating your package if you call your LOCAL USPS directly.

International Shipping Policy
All orders shipped outside of the US can take 1-3 weeks to arrive. Some countries outside of the US charge taxes on your order. This is not common but CAN happen. We are not responsible for these fees. Once your order is shipped, all shipping fees are non-refundable. All sales are final.
Returns and Refund

Once a payment goes through, payment processing fees are non-refundable to Party FUNdamentals and to the buyer.
Party FUNdamentals is not responsible if the customer drops and/or damages their item(s). If your item arrives damaged, you have 24 hours to contact us from the time the USPS tracking shows the package is delivered.

Party FUNdamentals is not responsible for lost/ damaged packages.
If your item does arrive damaged, contact us ASAP!
Issues Resolution
When filling out at check out you must include your FULL address, don't forget your house/apt/unit/etc.
Party FUNdamentals is not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by the consumer.

If there is an Address Mistake made BEFORE a consumer receives their confirmation email, you still have the opportunity to fix and correct your address by contacting Party FUNdamentals. The Consumer has 24 hours to reach out, otherwise, there's no further action that can be done to resolve the issue.
